Our policies are created with three things in mind…we want you to get your products as quickly, safely and inexpensively as possible. We also want to have insurance and tracking potential in case shipping doesn’t go as planned.

Shipping Times and Methods
a. Ordered items will be shipped 2 days from the date payment is received.
b.The delivery date is not guaranteed due to the variety of circumstances that affect shipping.
c. Included in the cost of shipping are all packaging materials, labor and postage. Safe, sturdy packaging materials will be used.
d. Buyer’s artwork will be shipped either through UPS or the US Post Office, depending on which method will ship most quickly and safely.
The United States Post Office Priority Mail will be used for all smaller items because it will ship most quickly and safely. When 16 X 20’s are ordered, they will be shipped using UPS which ships safely and quickly for larger items. Both methods have insurance up to $100. Insurance can be purchased for items above $100.
e. International shipping is available based on international rates.
f. Specify buyer’s address in ordering process.
In order to facilitate ease and quality of shipping, Light Works Wonders requires a minimum order of 5 notecards. A notecard order can include 5 of the same image or any mixture of images.
Refunds and Exchanges
Light Works wants the buyer to be 100% happy with their new artwork. If buyer is unhappy with the artwork for any reason, buyer can return or exchange the artwork with the following conditions:
a. Buyer contacts Light Works within 7 days of receiving the package
b. Buyer returns the artwork unharmed and pays for shipping to return the package to Lightworks and to receive the replacement art.
Art work can be sent to an address different from the buyer’s.
Please specify the gift recipient in the ordering process. We can include a personal note with the gift if requested.
Deadlines for All Holiday
In order to receive items for any holidays, artwork must be ordered at least 21 days prior to the holiday. Orders received later than that cannot be guaranteed to arrive by the holiday.
In the unfortunate event that the buyer’s new artwork arrives damaged, we will work with the buyer to reach a solution satisfactory to both parties.
a. Buyer sends Light Works an email describing the damage, with photographs if possible.
b. Buyer pays a $5.00 handling fee to help defray the additional shipping costs.
c. New item will be shipped as soon as the handling fee is received
